Refund:
- Refund policy: Refunds are issued for new membership contracts within 7 days of the original membership payment.- Refund Period: Within 14 to 30 days of refund request issuance.
Cancellation Policy:
- For events: maximum 30 days before the event date.- Training memberships: maximum 7 days before 1st training session start
- Sports courts: maximum 1 day before the reservation of the court facility
